Payment Options:
We currently accept only credit card payment on our website. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please call us at (888) Go-Knit1 to place an order over the phone.
International Orders:
All our prices are shown in US Dollars, our credit card processor and your bank will convert the funds appropriately.We ships to most countries. See our shipping policy for more details.
Shipping
Shipping within the United States and Canada
Currently we are offering shipping via USPS priority mail. If your purchase is over $75 (after all discounts applied) - your shipping is free! Purchases under $75 have a $5 shipping fee.
Shipping outside of North America
We'll be happy to ship outside of North America, however you will need to contact us so that we may give you an accurate shipping quote.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase, please let us know if you are not completely satisfied. If you need to return merchandise for exchange or refund, please note the following conditions must be met in order for us to process your request:
- Goods must be returned to us in resaleable condition within 60 days with receipt.
- All yarns must be in their original form (not wound or partially used) and with the original vendor band. If we wind the balls for you, they are not returnable.
- All patterns, magazines, pattern books, closeouts and needles are not returnable, but will be replaced if damaged in shipment.
- All Kits must include all items in original condition to qualify for refund.
- Refund covers original purchase cost only, shipping fees are not refundable.
- We will happily reimburse any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged merchandise, and will send replacement merchandise at no cost. Please include a description of the damage.
- All merchandise returned for exchange or replacement must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, customer's email address, phone number and shipping address.
- All return shipments must be insured for the full value of the contents. We are not responsible for uninsured packages.
- Clearance, price reduced, or discontinued yarns are final sales and are not returnable.
- Class, seminar, workshop, camp, party and/or retreat fees are not refundable unless the event is cancelled by Full Thread Ahead, Inc. Full Thread Ahead, Inc. reserves the reight to cancel a class if 4 or fewer participants are registered.
